By accessing our website, purchasing any product, enrolling in any program, joining any call, or using any service offered by us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Educational Purposes Only

All information, materials, coaching, training, books, courses, AI tools, community discussions, and content provided by the Company are for educational and informational purposes only.

Nothing provided by Company is intended to be medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, legal, tax, financial, or emergency advice.

You are responsible for your own decisions, parenting choices, health decisions, and family outcomes.

If you need licensed professional support, seek an appropriately qualified professional.

2. No Guaranteed Results

Every child, parent, and family is different.

We do not guarantee any specific results, including but not limited to:

  • improved child behavior
  • academic performance
  • emotional regulation
  • family harmony
  • financial gains
  • business success
  • parenting outcomes

Success depends on many factors including implementation, consistency, family circumstances, and personal responsibility.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use our services.

By using our services, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.

By purchasing, you authorize Company to charge your selected payment method.

If you choose a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments unless otherwise stated in writing.

Late or failed payments may result in suspension or termination of access.

5. Refund Policy

Each offer may have its own refund terms listed on the sales page, checkout page, or written agreement.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

  • Digital products are non-refundable
  • Coaching calls already completed are non-refundable
  • Membership fees already billed are non-refundable
  • Live event deposits are non-refundable

Any approved refund will immediately terminate access to related materials.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by Company are owned by Company or licensed to Company, including:

  • books
  • PDFs
  • videos
  • trainings
  • frameworks
  • worksheets
  • recordings
  • branding
  • logos
  • course materials
  • coaching methods

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, upload, share, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any content without written permission.

7. Zoom Calls, Recordings, and Future Training Use

Company reserves the right to record coaching calls, group calls, webinars, trainings, workshops, Zoom meetings, and other live sessions.

By participating in any session, you expressly consent to being recorded, including your voice, image, name, chat comments, questions, testimonials, and participation.

You grant Company the irrevocable right to use, edit, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, and repurpose such recordings for:

  • internal training
  • future educational programs
  • staff development
  • marketing
  • promotional materials
  • course content
  • community training
  • business operations

We may choose to anonymize content, but are not required to do so unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If you do not wish to participate under these conditions, do not join the live session.

8. Community Standards

If you participate in any group, membership, coaching community, or live session, you agree not to:

  • harass others
  • threaten others
  • spam
  • disrupt sessions
  • post unlawful content
  • share confidential member information
  • engage in hate speech or abuse

We reserve the right to remove anyone at our sole discretion.

9. AI Tools and Technology Disclaimer

Some services may include artificial intelligence tools, recommendations, or generated content.

AI systems may produce incomplete or inaccurate information.

AI content should not replace professional judgment, parental judgment, or licensed professional advice.

10. Confidentiality

We value privacy. However, group programs are shared environments, and we cannot guarantee the confidentiality of other participants.

You agree to use discretion when sharing personal information.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of services.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Company in the preceding twelve (12) months.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Company from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from:

  • your misuse of services
  • your violation of these Terms
  • your conduct toward other users
  • your unlawful actions
13. Termination

We reserve the right to deny access, suspend accounts, remove members, cancel participation, or terminate services at our discretion if these Terms are violated.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in California.

Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
